01Every person co-creates their own reality.
We see each person as a co-creator of their own reality. An infinitely creative force is anchored in every human being. By reconnecting with it we can shape our inner and outer world through our thoughts, feelings, words, actions and the energy we send out. Even when life gives us the experience of being a victim, over time we can choose to leave that standpoint, reconnect with our creative power and find healing within the experience.
02The inner world creates the outer world.
How we perceive the outer world is largely determined by our inner one. We all see through our own filter — not the world as it is, but as we are. The outside meets us as a mirror of our inner attitude and deepest convictions. By changing our judgements and beliefs about our experiences we can create a more peaceful, more fulfilled life. Everything begins within us.
03Self-responsibility is the source of change.
Self-responsibility is the key to a fulfilled and self-effective life. By taking responsibility for ourselves, our feelings, thoughts and actions, we reclaim the power over our life and unfold our creative potential. Consciously influencing our own energy field opens the door to inner balance and joy. Walking through life self-responsibly means being willing to respond to our own experiences — without looking for blame.
04The universe is a place of infinite abundance and love.
The universe offers everything to all beings. Everything already exists on the mental plane. In a boundless, formless field infinite possibilities wait to cross the threshold of creation and become form and energy. Through this source — the divine origin, which exists independently of religion and which everyone may imagine as they wish — flows infinite wisdom and imperishable love. It surrounds us always and everywhere, and shows itself through all people and living beings.
05Life is the soul's chance to experience itself.
In origin we are all one and without difference, flowed through by the same cosmic intelligence that brings everything to life. Only through our life here on earth, in a human body, does perceiving our own self become possible. We are spiritual beings allowed a human experience — life serves the soul to gather experience and to grow.
06Every moment offers the chance to choose anew.
No matter what happened in the past or how strong the storm outside — we can always decide how we respond now. Our past does not determine our future, and neither do our current circumstances. Making courageous decisions in the present creates a shift that steers our life in a new direction. Every day is a small new life.
07Now is the only moment in which we can change anything.
The past has passed and the future has not happened. The only moment in which we can truly create is now. When our thoughts circle around what was or what might be, we miss the creative power of the present. Mindfulness and awareness of the moment are therefore central to a happy life on our own terms — this moment holds infinite possibilities to choose from.
08Pain lives only as long as we keep it alive in our thoughts.
Much of the emotional pain we carry is not caused by present events but stems from the past and from holding on. If old wounds are never closed, the pain walks with us. We may learn to let the past go in order to open for the future. The key to inner peace is forgiveness: the decision to stop suffering from the past and to reclaim our creative power. It does not mean approving of what happened — it means understanding that the past cannot be changed.
09Healthy self-love is the basis of a fulfilled life.
Everything begins with love for ourselves and reconnection with our essence. If we search for love only outside, we drift further from our true self. The key is the look inward and the permission to truly recognise ourselves — to see that we are already whole as we are, and that everything we seek is found within. We are love, and we may use this life to express it.
10Everyone does the best they can in the given moment.
We may be gentle with ourselves and with others, because at any point we act in the way we believe to be best and in the way that is possible for us. In hindsight a behaviour may not look wise, but we did not know better then — we lacked the experience, beliefs or mindset to act differently. The same is true for every person. When someone's behaviour seems incomprehensible, we can remember that they act from the resources and convictions available to them, and that it truly has nothing to do with us.
11There is no single truth.
Because every person creates their own reality and experiences the world through the lens of their own perception, there is no ONE truth. All the assumptions listed here are merely one possible truth. Everyone has the natural right to their own belief and to unfold in their full uniqueness.
12Everything is connected and shows itself at the right time.
There is a higher power that always guides us safely. Even when the connections are hard to see, everything is linked and follows a higher guidance. We may trust that this power intends only the best for us and that everything falls into place as it should. Everything enters our life at the right time — the universe is in no hurry and reveals exactly what we are ready to receive.
